My only complaint is that I’m used to the diagnostic/inspection fee being credited to the job if I choose to proceed, which I did. That's my experience with other auto shops I've gone too, but I guess that's not the case here.

Shops the give away the diagnostic may not always take the time to perform a proper inspection and repair recommendation.
