I had my immobile car towed to them. Their diagnosis was to install a new break switch. After I was informed my car was ready, I left them with my car stopping in the middle of the road with a malfunction code error on my dashboard. I towed it back to them. I spoke with Patrick the entire time, and he made sure to answer all of my messages in a quick and efficient manner. Although the break switch installed was faulty and the service I needed was not successful, after I presented documentation from my dealership of the actual problem, I was refunded fully. Patrick is reasonable and does a great job at making the customer feel understood. If you can work with anyone, definitely ask for him!

Patrick and Atlanta Car Care are hands down the best service department in Georgia. I should know I used to work in one. Patrick literally saved my life because 10k is what he could have stole from me but did not. I came on for a diagnostic and my experience was amazing. Patrick answered all of questions before and throughout the process and really took his time explaining everything so I could understand. It’s hard to get remarkable service like this anywhere but for it to come from a service shop is incredible. They not only saved me money but created a repeat customer. 10/10 don’t take your car care anywhere else because these are the people to trust.
