Good Experience Overall This was my first time using Atlanta Car Care. I would definitely go back. They are a tiny bit pricey, but, otherwise pretty good overall. You definitely pay for what you get. They had good customer service. Alex and John worked with me. They were friendly, very informative, and well-detailed. They also completed my car service in a timely manner. If you effectively communicate the issue you are having with your vehicle you will definitely get what you ask for from Atlanta Car Care's services.

Very satisfied I've been with Atlanta Car Care for 6 or 7 years. I've gotten everything done there from brakes, rotors, transmission, to engine work and oil changes. They do total car care with a personal touch. I appreciate their expediency. They deliver when they say they will. They're very responsive and trustworthy. When they give a quote, they don't come back with 1,000 things added on to the cost. A lot of times I have to make them do work against their recommendation if it's not ready to be done yet. I'm very satisfied with their company.

I've been to Atlanta Car Care two or three times for basic oil changes. Each time I've been very happy with the service. They were able to start working on it right away and the car was done within 30 minutes. The prices are extremely fair and they've never tried to up-sell me with things I don't need. Everywhere else I've ever taken a car, they manage to find some filter or something that needs to be replaced- but not here! Plus, I've found the staff to be friendly. They'll do little extras like fix tire pressure for no extra charge. The owner is often on-site, which probably helps. Don't be dissuaded by all the negative reviews here on yelp. There are more positive reviews of this place all over the internet. I recommend it to everyone I know.
