I want to start out by giving my sincerest apology to John Spilane. This review is seriously nearly 2 years overdue. I promised that I would write this and had good intentions to do so. No excuse is necessary. However, I simply cannot allow another day to go by without giving Atlanta Car Care the high praise they so rightfully deserve. Back in the fall of 2021, the moon roof to my 2017 Kia Sportage EX became inoperable. As a result, it would not close and debris got trapped inside of the grooves causing it to completely malfunction. My vehicle was still covered under a factory warranty at the time, but, as others of you may have experienced, I was given the run-around and directed to file a claim with my insurance company. My insurance company essentially sent me back to the warranty. The process of getting the repair done became overwhelming and frustrating. Mr. Spilane used the company's card to purchase some of the necessary parts and was initially told by the warranty company that it would not be covered. This created an unnecessary amount of stress for him and me. It got to a point where I had to start looking up state statutes and preparing myself for a legal battle. However, I was not in this alone. John was determined to see to it that I received the service and treatment that I deserve. This man went above and beyond what is required or expected of him to offer A+++ customer service. From documenting calls, and timely and consistent communication to reaching out to a third-party company to advocate on my behalf, John did everything in his power to render FIRST-RATE service. In addition to thanking John, the owner of Atlanta Car Care, I would also like to express my gratitude to Jerold Evans and Tani Tritasvit of Repair Pal. Both of these amazing individuals played a significant role in seeing to it that my vehicle received the service that it was entitled to receive. While I am very sorry that it took me this long to complete this review, I am equally grateful that my spirit would not let me rest until I had done so. At the completion of their job, I can say that I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my experience working with Atlanta Car Care. I strongly recommend Atlanta Car Care for any mechanical need that is under the scope of the service they provide. They are professional, efficient, communicative, and excellent service providers. Needed oil change, low tire pressure fixed & side view mirror replaced as it had shattered & fallen off. All fixed on the same day in a few hours, which exceeded my expectations. Atlanta Car Care is a great place to take your vehicle for any repairs or maintenance you may need. Staff is very knowledgeable and does a good job explaining what needs to be done and why. Communication is good as well with the time it will take to finish repairs. Would recommend to anyone that needs to have their vehicle serviced
