I always have a great experience here at Atlanta Car Care Very surprised how much it was to replace a battery

Randy, we certainly appreciate your continued support through the years. Cost is not always about the main repair performed. It also includes cost for testing or diagnostic, which often is the most difficult part of our job. Figuring out what to replace is almost never easy.

Both John and Frank were great to work with. They were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly and repair my vehicle quickly as well. Overall good work and great service. I would recommend to a friend.

I came here for an oil change but this place was backed up on work. I will not penalize a company for having a lot of customers. It is best to call ahead and set an appointment. Also, this place has a sign up front that says "Be prepared to leave your car here for hours".

Kevin, you’re correct we do require all vehicles be dropped off for service. This is because we stay busy and can’t drop what we are doing at the moment to start work on a new job. We have to have time to get the current work completed and then move onto the next vehicle in queue. We appreciate your patronage and thank you for sharing your thoughts and observations.
