I dropped my car off for a problem that had been going on for a few weeks, and expected to be out a car for a few days. John and his team had a diagnostic on it in less than an hour of me dropping it off, and my car was ready for pick up by the end of the day. John is friendly, very knowledgable, and upfront about costs. His team did an excellent and quick job of fixing up my car. Additionally, COVID-19 precautions were being taken seriously and I was assured that high touch surfaces on my car were sanitized prior to pick-up. Would definitely recommend Atlanta Car Care!

Atlanta Car Care has always done a great job for me so when my mom was in town and had a car issue that is where I recommended we try. When she drove in to Atlanta to visit she noticed her car doing some weird things with the AC that we were worried could affect the battery and/or her getting home safe. She lives 2.5 hours away so wanted to get it looked at within the few days she was staying with me. We started off calling the local dealership where she’s taken her car in the past for service when in town. First off, they weren’t answering the phone for us to even ask if this was an issue she should be concerned about. It was about 30 min before close so definitely weren’t expecting to have it looked at that day, but wanted to make an appointment or see if they thought this was even a concern. The next morning when we did get in touch with someone they said it would be a solid week before they could even look at it and were generally unhelpful. At that point I suggested we go to my repair shop that’s always done a great job and treats me fair every time. When we called John let us know they would be able to check it out that day and to come on by. Not only were they able to resolve the issue but they also gave her a list with a couple of other items that popped up that weren’t urgent, but should be looked at after she gets home by her home dealership/mechanic. All in all, another great experience with this shop. I always appreciate their honesty and the care they take to explain issues, especially as someone who knows nothing about cars. The electric water pump failed on my BMW 535 just as I was passing the shop. Fortunately, they were able to deal with this difficult replacement task quickly and had it taken care of by the next day. The owner, John, was pleasant, professional and courteous; keeping me informed at all times. The car was returned clean, sanitized and ready to go. Thanks John!

Great experience! Dropped my car off at 9am and picked up at 12pm. I was thinking I would need more repairs since my car hit 30K but the mechanics evaluated and said my car only needed a few things. They have reasonable prices and I’ll definitely be back!
