My appointment was scheduled for 9 am. I went to 2816 Buford hwy in Duluth instead of Brookhaven. I called John for the third time that morning to ask for landmarks only to find out I was in the wrong area. I arrived at the appointment at 10. No questions asked, I was able to keep the time slot! I was welcomed into the waiting area by John. He explained things to me and asked questions to help diagnose the problem with my hybrid. The car was diagnosed fast. Conversations with Carmax were fast. He even told me how to put the name of a location to get correct directions using Mapquest. The car was repaired in the timeframe promised, the next day. Pick up was less than 10 minutes. I will definitely return for any services needed for the hybrid.

John and his crew replaced my dead car battery and had me back on the road within an hour. He didn’t try to up sell me on any additional services which the dealership always did. I’ll be taking my car to Atlanta Car Care from now on.

I've honestly never had a better experience at a car repair shop! John was so kind and funny and definitely made the best out of a situation I was less than thrilled to be in. The service was insanely fast-- they had my car back to me in only a few hours, even needing to order parts, and it was super affordable as well.
