I was referred to ACC as a CARMAX local service affiliate. I had been a satisfied Carmax customer but their services facility was an inconvenient distance from my home. They had recently setup the independent satellite service program and ACC was a mile from my home. I had never done business with ACC prior. Since I have an extended warranty from Carmax, it was required to contact them to authorize payment for service. All of which John at ACC did. The work was done ahead of schedule at the price quoted. They provide transportation to and from my home and most important the problem was corrected.

I take my family's cars to Atlanta Car Care for routine maintenance and have for several years now. They are fast, reasonably priced, and don't try to up-sell me on things I don't really need or want. I often come in prepared to leave me car for the day, and instead am able to leave ten to twenty minutes later with my car and the maintenance completed. These folks are great.

Atlanta Car Care is one of the most honest auto shops of any kind that I've been to. I had a check engine light, which indicated a catalytic converter problem. Rather than replace the part, which they could have done, Atlanta Car Care researched the car, told me that Honda had a recall on the issue and that I should take it to a dealer where they would replace the costly part for free. They have won my business from here on out!
