John is always super responsive and quick. Any time I have issues, he is one phone call away and typically takes care of any issues I’ve had within a day. I’ve never had any problems with their repairs/maintenance and am glad my VW is away from the dealership and in John’s hands.

Atlanta Car Care got my car all fixed (and sparred with my insurance for me) after my catalytic converter was stolen. John is incredibly easy to interface with and really values customer transparency. I will be back for regular maintenance, for sure!

The best shop I’ve found in the perimeter. They are always able to fix the problem and oftentimes have saved me money by doing some work on the parts themselves rather than just buying a ready made replacement. Also, I’ve gone to them multiple times with “perhaps” problems and they never used that as an excuse to do unnecessary work. Very trustworthy and reliable!

I lurched my way to Atlanta Car Care without an appointment after my ignition coils failed on the highway. John fit me in, had a diagnosis and cost within 2 hours and had my car fixed that same day. I appreciate the care, the communication and followup, I will definitely be working with them again!

They were very busy and I had to drop my car off all weekend. But the end price was lower than what I was quoted and they did a good job on my car. I would come here again for my car needs.
