No one answers the phone. Thanks for the response. Another line would be a good investment. I likely would have had my diesel transmission rebuilt with you but ended up taking to Roswell.

JR, we appreciate your concern and would like to take this opportunity to explain why it seems that way. We only have one incoming phone line. When we are on a call, any other calls coming in do not get answered until we get off the line. We do have extended calls from time to time as we deal with warranty companies. These calls take considerable time. We ask that you leave a message and we will return your call when we get off the line.

These guys are great. I needed my rear O2 sensor fixed and they fixed it fast and for a good price. Plus they did a diagnosis for me and let me know about my battery needing to be replaced soon.
