Normally I don’t give reviews unless I’m really impressed with the service or product, and this is the case, I took my car with a battery problem and John was very professional at all moments , told me exactly what was done and car was ready even earlier of what he said. I am really happy I found them for my car .

Called in an absolute panic after my car started acting up on the highway, hadn't taken my car there before but were quick to ease concerns and took the car straight away. John explained what was going on to me in normal people's terms and they were so quick to take care of the issue and let me know what was going on. Would definitely recommend!

John was very efficient in getting my service done. I went there to get my light bulb changed in my car without an appointment. I dropped it off and he called me within an hour and told me how much it would cost and how long it would take. The entire process was easy and I was pleased with my service.

Great experience with John! He is always honest about the work he needs to do. Came to him with some steering trouble for my Honda Accord that was quoted at over 3k in repairs at the dealership. He was able to realize that the problem was much simpler and saved me immense amounts of money. I won’t be going anywhere else to maintain my car.

10/10 would 100% recommend! If I could give this place more stars I would. First of all, at the front of the house, John will seriously take care of you. He makes you feel comfortable and listens to all your issues. He will answer any questions and be patient with you. As a woman, going to mechanics can sometimes feel like a headache. I feel like I take care of my car and know enough about it but have felt unheard and talked down on by other mechanics - I always felt like they tried to scam me because I was a woman and didn’t know any better. At Atlanta Car Care I never felt belittled or demeaned although I have felt this at other places. I know I can trust John and the team and Atlanta Car Care to do a good job with my vehicle, charge me a fair price, and treat me with respect during the entire process. You couldn’t pay me to say anything unkind about this place. From customer care to timing of the work being done to the quality of work being done, this is the mechanic to be at. Atlanta Car Care really took care of my repair. My 2014 Honda Accord Sport failed the emission test. ACC put a new catalytic converter on and my emission passed with no problems. John and the techs at ACC are awesome. Thanks for they great service Atlanta Car Care.
