Always so pleasant and helpful.

Overall, I was pleased with the service at Atlanta Car Care. The technicians took the time to replace a faulty o-ring, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived I was told the oil change would take 30 minutes and it ended up taking an hour and a half. Had I known it would take this long I would have gone to eat instead of sitting there. When I voiced my concern I was told: "All I can give you is the information I have at the time." Understandable, but for a company that has a sign that says "tell us if you're unhappy and we will make it right" sitting in their office I was NOT impressed with this response.

My oil change was quick and low-priced. Five stars!

The service representative, Mark was very professional and stayed in touch with me while they ran diagnostics on my car. Once they diagnosed the problem, I was called and given a fair price for the repair. I picked up my car and the problem was fixed.

Great Place. Cheap oil changes. and good prices on labor and parts for maintenance. Guys are always friendly.

Our vehicles are only serviced by Atlanta Car Care. The drive from Douglasville is just a small price to pay for excellent care.

I bought my parts and just paid for the labor, they were fast and reasonably priced. Mark is a really great guy. He'll tell you everything you need to know before they do the work. I would suggest not to buy your own parts, because then the parts you bought will not be under the shop's warranty. Just a heads up to others.
