We have been bringing both of our cars to John for 6 years for everything - maintenance, repairs, brakes, etc. He always is honest, will do things right and has on multiple occaisons done work beyond the quoted price (either coming in under his own quote or doing additional work at no charge because something unanticipated was discovered mid-repair). ACC always has a rapid turn around time for repairs. Well worth the trip if you want to maintain your car!

I recently had problems with the exhaust system on my 1986 Dodge truck. I called John at Atlanta Car Care for advice. He said bring my truck by so he could look at it.When I arrived at atlanta Car Care, the muffler had broken loose from the tail pipe. While driving the truck to Atlanta Car Care, the tail pipe had become bent and twisted. The tail pipe had to be cut away from the truck. John scheduled an appointment for me to bring my truck back for further repair. When I arrived to have the repair done, John at Atlanta Car Care was kind enough to take time away from operating his business to make the necessary repairs himself. John is the only techinian at Atlanta Car Care skilled at bending metal, which was a necessary part of the repair. When I came to pick up my truck, I asked John how much I owed him and he said with a smile, it was covered by warranty. How refreshing it is to find an honorable business that stands behind their spoken word. If you need excellent car repair at a fair price, with an honorable warranty, Atlanta Car Care is the place you should go. My compliments to Atlanta Car Care for an outstanding job, well done. I originally had an appointment scheduled with a local dealer. I couldn't get an estimate of cost for general maintenance or even a full explanation as to what work would be performed, so I decided to try to find another auto repair shop. I found Atlanta Car Care through Repair Pal. com. Based on their reviews, I cancelled my appt with the dealer and decided to try ACC. I was very pleased. John spent a lot of time on the phone with me explaining what the tune up would include and came within a few dollars of the original estimate. The staff was personable and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend their business to others.

Always good service and I appreciate the fact that the staff is willing to transport me back and forth from my home.

Had my back brakes replaced on Tuesday. The service was completed the same day and the customer service very good. Would recommend this business to my friends.
