Mark is polite and personal and John (owner) seems to be honest. I was also offered a ride to pick up my car, if needed. I only picked my car up yesterday, but so far, so good! :)

The initial service was timely and addressed my most pressing need. Follow-up services were scheduled in response to a related problem with my oil pressure. However, an explanation and solution for why my car is "burning oil" was not provided and a solution was not offered.
